The TowBrite Bypass Transmitter can be used to allow you to maintain a usable trailer connector on back of your towing vehicle (be it an RV, pickup truck or other) while still being able to transmit wireless signals to your TowBrite wireless tow light.
Very simply, inside the gray box is a TowBrite wireless transmitter. The trailer connector plugs into your truck to receive the turn signals/brake/reverse inputs, while still permitting you connect another trailer connector accessory also into the gray box.
Common use cases:
- Towing multiple trailers
- Connecting brakes to a car trailer, while still having wireless tow lights
- Charging a device off the trailer connector, while maintaining wireless tow lights.
