Canada and the United States Shipments
All tow lights, wired and wireless SHIP FREE to Canada and the USA. Orders destined for Canadian addresses will be shipped from Canada, and orders for US addresses will be shipped for the US. There will be no cross board duties or charges on any shipment. (local, state and federal taxes may still apply on some shipments in Canada and the United States)
International Shipments
International shipments will be shipped from Canada, unless there is a local dealer in your area. Purchasers will be required to pay for shipping in all cases. If you plan to buy multiple units at one time, please contact us and we may be able to arrange discounted pallet shipment. Country, state and local taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Ottawa area upon request. Because we do not have a retail location, you will need to contact us to make local pickup arrangements ahead of time.
Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier based cost, service and delivery times and we may rotate or switch carriers without notice. If you have a specific reason for requiring a specific carrier, please contact us with your order number and let us know.
