Limited Lifetime Warranty
TowBrite warrants its wired and wireless tow lights to the original purchaser for its useful life against deficiencies in materials and workmanship. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired. Deficient products will be replaced or repaired at TowBrite's discretion. The useful life of a product shall be determined by TowBrite and varies from one purchaser to another; some users might perform ten tow calls a day in 24 hour shifts, where as another purchaser might move an RV once per year. The overall condition of the unit at time of the warranty claim will be one of several factors upon determining the warranty period.
This limited lifetime warranty is given in lieu of all others including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty extends to products manufactured by TowBrite. Third party products sold by TowBrite carry the warranty as supplied by the third party.
In no event shall the total liability of seller arising or resulting from defective product under contract, as damages or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product under such liability. In no event shall seller be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or compensatory damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, profits, business or merchantability.
There are hundreds of different road regulations around the world. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the products purchased by TowBrite are legal and suitable to use in the country and region where the purchaser resides.
This warranty does not apply to wear parts including, but not limited to, straps, batteries, wires, connectors, plugs, magnets and switches.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
